How to Use
In your terrarium, it is recommended to have leaves thoroughly mixed with your substrate. As your leaf litter degrades, you will need to add more leaves as your tank progresses to maintain the bioactive cycle.

IMPORTANT: These leaves were collected outside from a safe area; however, this DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE FREE OF DEBRIS. BEFORE PUTTING IN YOUR TERRARIUM, THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR LEAVES AND FOLLOW DISINFECTION PROCESS. DO NOT DUMP UNTREATED BAG IN YOUR SUBSTRATE.
How to Prepare Your Leaf Litter
While our leaf litter is clean and safe, we still highly recommend taking the following steps prior to introducing into your terrarium:
Option 1: Preheat the oven to 140°F and bake for about 20 minutes.

Option 2: Boil entire contents of bag for 10 minutes.
